Since the closure of our hotel in late March, we have continued to revise, reconfigure and update our working practices and systems to ensure that we our ready to welcome you back to the hotel from July 2020.

Please note: our processes and precautions will be under constant review, and this guide will be constantly updated to give you the very latest information. We have always offered free parking in our large car parks, and are fortunate to offer spacious public areas along with terraces and gardens, so our dining operations will be operating at as close to normal capacity as we safely can, including table service for food and drinks.
We have developed an App that can be used to order food and drink directly to your room or table. Search Latona Leisure in your App Store to download.
To achieve a the best possible check-in and check-out procedure we have updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide more flexibility and peace of mind.
For guests making new individual reservations for arrivals from 4th July 2020 and for any future arrival date, changes or cancellations are permitted at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. This applies to all rates and packages booked on this website or directly with the hotel, with the only exception being our special advanced purchase rates. Please note that all reservations will be charged 24hrs prior to arrival so that we can maintain safe practices and reduce the time spent checking in.
For reservations booked via online travel agents including, but not limited to Best Western, Booking.com, Expedia Etc.. please contact the booking provider for information on their policies. Please Note – Best Western Rewards points will still be earned on eligible rates, for bookings made directly with the hotel or via the hotels own website. Please remember to inform the hotel of your Best Western Rewards status and membership number when making a reservation.
We are sure normality will return soon. Meanwhile, we will remain vigilant in our practices and hygiene throughout our hotel, following directives issued by our local authorities. Above all, the welfare of our guests and our staff remains a top priority at all times and we very much look forward to welcoming you back to the Limpley Stoke Hotel.
